EFW 2.5.1 Blacklist Sites still be viewd

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie here. I just want to ask for help to configure content filtering. I had two types of filtering, the unlimited which can view all the websites and the limited which has a restriction like the access to facebook is blocked. In Access Policy, I put 1st the unlimited then the 2nd is the limited. The users are successfully authenticated to the ADS but the list of blocked sites are still accessible to the limited users.

I was able to solve this issue. I just put www in front of the website that I want to block in my blacklist and it was working now. I was able to blocked facebook now with www . facebook . com on my blacklist list of sites.
