Heavy Upload Traffice

From last Saturday our EFW is showing heavy and constant upload traffic.  Please look at the enclosed graph.
 


from this day (Sat) our internet has become very slow and the bandwidth utilization of our internet connection Uplink is always 100%.

 
How can we identity where is the problem?

You could use ntop to address the problem. You can enable it by going to services > traffic monitoring.
Ntop shows you a list of all the hosts and how much bandwidth they consume and by which protocol.
