Unable to access site on port 7071

Hi there. I recently installed Endian (Endian Firewall Community release 2.4.0). It is mostly setup as is out of the box, except that I added a second uplink to utilize our second DSL line as a failover.
We just noticed that we are now unable to access a link on port 7071 (e.g link:7071/Admin panel/ ) . The link is supposed to take us to an admin panel for a certain service we use. Instead it now just times out. Do I need to allow traffic from/to port 7071, and if so, where do I do this?
Anyones assistance and input will be greatly appreciated.
Juan

Solved this myself eventually. For other n00bs struggling with the same, I added port 7071 under Firewall -> 'Outgoing Traffic' and then edited https's list of allowed ports.
