I have been using endian firewall 2.3 for a while, and was fairly happy with it.
With the exception of no Virtual IO support, which has been added in Endian 2.4 (after a fashion)
However I have had no end of stability problems with 2.4, and I also need to port this to arm to use on an
embedded device.
I have come to the conclusion I am better off starting my own project from scratch (probably a fedora spin)
as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Endian.
I'm not trying to belittle the endian product, it is a great product - just not stable in the two environments I need.
If nothing else at least it's an interesting project to keep me busy for a  of weeks.
