Very new to EFW so go easy on me.  I have a customer whose domain is being marked as spam.  How to I go about allowing this domain to get through the spam settings?  I want to bounce all spam but can't until I get this customer added to safe senders list.

Have already put the domain in the whitelist areas.... all of them, under Proxy/SMTP/Blacklist Whitelist and prefer not to treat it as a greylist.

Any info would be very much appreciated.
