Green Interface Static IP Setup

I am needing to know how to set up a static ip for the green interface. Currently we are implementing an endian firewall for both internal and external proxy filtering. I am needing to set up the green interface to use a public ip (manual setup of dns, ip, and subnet mask). For the other interfaces, I am using DHCP configuration.

How do I go about setting up the green interface with a static ip?
