problems start firewalls

hello people i install endian firewalls, and work nice for 2 or 3 days, but after the conection to internet is slow and i tray to restart the firewalls and when up not finish

the fw has trunk in     starting httpd. ( OK )
                                starting snort. ( if enable )
                                starting squid. ( OK )

i need press CRTL + C to continue,  to display "seeting up ip accounting"

any have idea about this problem.
