Title: Failover to backup ENDIAN box? Post by: TheEricHarris on Saturday 06 February 2010, 03:30:27 am Couldn't be too hard I would think.
Have a second ENDIAN box configured and with a different IP address (green). It does pings every 10 seconds to the primary ENDIAN box. If it doesn't get a response back, it changes the green IP to the live server's IP and Internet still keeps flowing. Anyone done this? Title: Re: Failover to backup ENDIAN box? Post by: acecombat on Saturday 06 February 2010, 10:44:15 am No need to manually setup something like that. Endian has an option "High Availability" for such a setup. The Endian documentation has a nice easy to follow guide on setting up the high availability option.
