Heya, it seems like everytime I adjust the smb.conf file the machine resets it to its own values (not defaults) after reboot.

Are we supposed not to touch samba or what?

Is there a way to configure a samba share and user level auth?

Thanks
Wim

Modify smb.conf.tmpl template instead, there must be somewhere near that conf file.
