Inbound Firewall Configuration

Hello everyone,
This might seem like a stupid question, but something about the Endian Firewall is baffling my mind. I'm used to working with Cisco devices such as the ASA 5510 and their 2800 routers, and I can't seem to figure out where in the Endian interface the inbound firewall rules are defined. There is an "inbound routed traffic" section, but according to the documentation that seems like it is more appropriately used by organizations with more than one public IP address who do not wish to use NAT.
Basically, I've run into an issue where my VoIP connection can receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls, but only on control ports. No audio is being exchanged. Thus, I wanted to open up the UDP ports on the inbound firewall, but I'm not exactly sure where to do that. Can someone help me out?
