Hey EFW Commu

I am very frustrated I have tried everything to update my EFW version 3.2.0.alpha1 to 3.2.5,
it fails every time with the following error;

" error: Failed acquiring release file for 'efw-community':
   error: endian%40lema.co.za:community@updates.endian.org/3.2/repodata/repomd.xml: Authorization Required

if I try efw-upgrade -s then I get the following error:
error: Failed acquiring release file for 'efw-community':
error: 1:community@updates.endian.org/3.2/repodata/repomd.xml: Authorization Required

Please help....

Hi,

it's not possible to upgrade from the version 3.2.0.alpha1 to 3.2.5 this is possible only from the version 3.2.0.beta1 as stated on this sourceforge post:
https://sourceforge.net/p/efw/mailman/message/35068514/

"One of the big changes for this version is the architecture that has been
modified to x86-64.
Alpha1 architectures were 32bit i586 and 64bit core2duo. This last one
requires cpu with ssse3 instructions that might be incompatible with some
AMD cpus.
This is the reason why we decided to use a more generic x86-64 bit
architecture and just drop support for 32bit cpus.
IMPORTANT: You can't upgrade from alpha1 to beta1 because of this
architecture change.
All alpha versions need to be re-installed with beta1 but you can always
restore a backup."
