problem with blocking facebook

Hi guys I have a problem with Endian Firewall 2.4.1 and blocking facebook.
Let me explain: I set two rules to block access to Facebook between 9 and 13 and another between 14 and 19. Everything works great in the sense that facebook is accessible only from 13 to 14. The only problem is that if a network user leaves the session open, facebook continues to sail well after the 14 with no blocking.
I look at the various options of endian but I have not found anything to be set to overcome this problem.
