Hello,

I'm pretty sure this is not an Endian SMTP gateway issue but I've run out of all other ideas as to what it is. Basically if I am on the Windows Live site and I click on the verify email (which sends the email to the address verifying) it never gets to my mail client. I also tried forgot password email to me with no luck. I tried to my yahoo account and it works fine. So I searched the Endian firewall and couldnt find any record of the email hitting the SMTP proxy. If I send a message from yahoo to my home I see it right away. I do not think I'm not getting any other emails, everythign seems to be working fine. I checked the blacklists and I'm not on any of them that I could see. The only thing I can think of is because of a particular setting I have maybe MS mail server cant or wont communicate with mine? Any ideas as to what might be happening would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you log on to your windows live email account and send an email to your home address, do you get a bounce message to your windows live account ?

Also do you see anything in the SMTP proxy log ?

If you add your windows live email address e.g. xyz@live.com to the
'Proxy > SMTP > Black & Whitelists > Accepted Mail > Whitelist Sender'
'Proxy > SMTP > Black & Whitelists > Spam > Whitelist Sender'
does this fix the issue ?
