Loss of connectivity to Green NIC

I had a problem recently where I cannot ping the green interface of the firewall. I can access services externally (forwarded ports 80 and 443) and everything seems to still be working on the orange segment. From the orange lan I can ping the green lan interface but nothing else. Reseting to factory default and rebuilding from config has fixed the issue before, but thats a lot of work each time it dies (this is the third time now).

Any suggestions where I can look to find the issue? Thanks
