Post by: asdfasdf on Saturday 15 January 2011, 06:44:42 am Do I need a crossover cable from endian to cable modem on RED interface and another crossover cable to my switch on the GREEN interface? Also I select Ethernet DHCP for the endian network type if I am connecting to a cable modem right?

Depending on the modem to red you may need a crossover cable. You will have to check the instructions or manufactures website. Most modems will auto detect if crossover is required and adust the port accordingly. |
