QOS on blue

I see the traffic shaping in endian is pretty basic, this is no particular criticism since I think it's a great distro and am very happy with it in general.
I'd like to shape traffic from blue to allow only fixed maximum upstream and downstream bandwidths - I presume I can SSH into the box to do this since I can't do it from the web interface, but how?

Bump.
Dude - does no-one know how to do this? I have a public wireless LAN connected on blue and want to QOS it for total aggregate bandwidth, surely this must be possible?
