I have a website that allows very large HTTP uploads... (100M+)  after I installed my Endian firewall I get connection errors while uploading these file (may take up to 20 min) with the proxy enabled and transparent it takes around 100-120 seconds before I get a 404 error site not found... If I disable the proxy... it will last for around 300 seconds before I get this error?  Any insight on how I can have the proxy server enabled and not have these connection timeouts?  The uploads under the proxy settings were set to 0 for unlimited size uploads, but I'm running into connection timeouts somewhere.  New to Endian, so this may be a dumb question.  Thanks for any help.

I was wondering the same thing.  We have clients that need access to FTP sites from time to time and some are terribly slow.  If I bypass the proxy and wait it out, I can eventually connect.
The squid page I found on timeouts is here: http://www.visolve.com/squid/squid30/timeout.php but I'm not sure what to modify.

Suggestions?
