Dumb question. Do you have all your network cards plugged into something? They will show inactive if not. I have Endian installed on a T610 and didn't have any problems.

Why use 2.4.1. Use the latest version 2.5.1

The are a lot of bugs in 2.4.1 that have been resolved in 2.5.1

If it shows "network card not active", it's the problem with your net. card. And as "AussieBloke" says a lot of bugs in 2.4.1 and resolved in 2.5.1. That's true. I also use it on PowerEdge T620 and don't face any problem yet.
