Hi there.
Trying to install efw 2.4 on a dell r210 (rack server without ps2 plug but only usb). No way to get the connected usb keyboard working. During BIOS post it is working normally but once the efw installer starts, it stops working....
any clue?
thanks
Max

Same Here with USB Keyboard

as soon as i boot from USB i loose the keyboard

boot pc
choose usb dvd rom
endian install screen press enter to boot
endian collects data
start with the blue install screen
-> there i loose the keyboard

INtel Atom N270

Lanner FW7530

cloning or staging to cf did not work, too.
Harddisk to small or error couldt read target disk.

Yep, definitely some progress on this bug...
Is already fixed.. just need to rebuild some things which will take a few hours... Then some more tests and hopefully a release!

Has there been any updates on the usb keyboard issue? Is there any sort of ETA regarding when a fix will be in place?

Worked Like a Charm..Thanks  Smiley

However, I just noticed something....It seems like Mozilla Firefox bypasses the content filtering settings....I just tested it and IE, and Safari are fine but Firefox is can still execute searches and find blocked content. Is it just me or are there others having this issue?

Final Thing...I do get the email notifications when my efw box goes offline and comes back ...Is there a way (I'm sure there is Grin) to get notifications of all events occurring on EFW box (ie. blocked traffic, content filtering blocks, ids blocks..).

Thanks,

I'm about to order some R210 servers for our ENDIAN firewalls (using OpenVPN to connect remote sites).  Does the R210 work with ENDIAN with no issues?

Thanks Smiley
