Hello everybody.
I installed EFW 2.4.1 but my network card was not recognized for it. (Intel 82579V)
What can I do to solve this problem?
I have the driver, but the EFW doesn't have the compiling packets, like make, gcc, g++

Sorry if I wrote something wrong. I'm learning English.

Download Devel tools at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/efw/files/Development/EFW-2.4.1/
Install everything you need to compile. Then configure, make and make install.

There's no configure script in that tarball.

I tried manually installing the RPMs in the tarball and hit missing dependency issues I couldn't resolve.

I'd like to hear details if anyone else has gotten it installed.

I really didn't worked with 2.4.1, my steps are the 1,2,3 on Linux compiling, not a step by step on that exact driver.
It is always good to detail what kind of errors it gives you.

It's probably because 2.4.1 doesn't have all the needed packages to compile correctly
