Endian to Endian VPN

Hi
I have two Endians 2.3.
One is physical box another one is VMware virtualk machine.
The virtual machine has this settings:
IP: 10.0.0.1
NM: 255.255.255.0
The physical box settings:
IP: 10.10.10.1
IP: 255.255.255.0
I have VPN between the sites: Virtual is set up as OpenVPN Server ,and physical is Gw2Gw client,
Virtual Server 10.0.0.1/24
Dynamic IP pool start address: 10.0.0.20 - x.x.x.30
Currently I am pushing from Virtual server the network 10.0.0.0/24 to the client,
Networks behind client: 10.10.10.0/24
VPN firewall rule editor says:
Source Destination Service Policy Remark
vpnuser (OpenVPN user) GREEN + OPENVPN <ANY> ALLOW All OPENVPN traffic to GREEN allow
Physical Server 10.10.10.1/24
VPN tunnel settings
Connection type: ROUTED
Bridge to: GREEN
Block DHCP responses coming from tunnel - checked
VPN firewall rule editor says:
Source Destination Service Policy Remark
vpnuser GREEN + OPENVPN <ANY> ALLOW All OPENVPN traffic to GREEN allow
And there is problem:
I can ping between Virtual to Physical Endian so 10.0.0.1 pings 10.10.10.1 IP and vice versa no problem,
I can ping from 10.0.0.1 LAN ip of 10.10.10.200
I cannot ping from 10.10.10.1 to internal LAN of 10.0.0.1
I cannot ping from 10.0.0.x to 10.10.10.x and vice versa.
What to do ?

Try set up another OpenVPN server in physical and another Gw2Gw client in Virtual. Establish this connection and try again.
