I would really, really love to see an Endian XenServer appliance. Now that XenServer offers a metric-butt-load of functionality for free it is in dire need to linux-based firewalls. If Endian is based off of Red Hat, then I would suspect that it should be fairly easy to implement?

A XenServer appliance should be easy to import/install and contain all the necessary tools/drivers to run in PV mode.

I have already installed (With the Burned ISO image of EFW 2.3)
a BOX on Xen Server 5.5 Free.
It works Fine, and implemented a "virtulized firewall" across
servers to test a more complicated Environment.
It was very simple,
and  i will make it again do get  a  virtualized Development box
to test and improve my skills

Daniel, I too have installed EFW Community - and yes it was simple, but the OP wanted it in PV mode with Xen-tools/PV drivers loaded.  This is not possible (to my understanding) because when you attempt to install Xentools on VM EFW it will spit back http://"Fatal Error: Failed to determine Linux distribution and version"

Anyone who has done this, can you advise steps that you used to successfully install?

some helpful links...I'll see if i can get it working since there are no EFW Guru's out there...(but i am poor at linux...)

ok i installed Xenserver using the windows 2003 template...(instead of other)
So it appears to be in PV mode...and not hvm
But I still cannot install Xen Tools.
someone please assist....

I want my UPS to be-able to shutdown cleanly EFW VM when the UPS alerts a power cut.

ok, i managed to force shutdown my HVM Endian (by using XE.exe). 
So now my Xenserver is shutdown when UPS alerts power outage.
I am suspending my 2008 SBS server, and force shutdown of Endian.  Disable Server (maintenance mode). shutdown XENserver.  Is it safe to Suspend 2008 SBS or should I be shutting it down?

I am still interested in Converting my HVM to PV mode.  So I can take snapshots of Endian, when I want to make config changes.  And for general backup.

can someone guide me through creating and image of my current HVM Endian?
ie I read that I need to tarball the Endian Partitions.  Then move and mount them into a folder on a xen Debian Template, which already has Xen Tools natively installed. 
(or do i have to use a Virtualbox or VMware VM?  I'd rather build this on Xen only if possible.)

I am still coming to terms with linux, where is a good  manual for learning linux code?  And the distro's...

all i need is tarball instructions to move my current Endian to a mountable image...anyone...
I think I should be able to do the rest by following the directions on the URL i listed...
