Hello,
I have a computer with the following HW :
It crashes / hang at language selection
Intel J1900 Quad Core 2.0GHz;
Intel®HD Graphics;
1*VGA;2*USB2.0
1*Mini PCIE,support 3G/Wifi
8G DDR3 RAM and MSATA SSD
4*LAN Intel WG82583 10/100/1000M Ethernet
Realtek ALC662 HD Audio CODEC
Do you see any non compatibility / issue ?

Have you tried without the PCIe 3G/WiFi?
You can Alt+F2 when crashing to see exactly the error. It will show the installation log.

in fact, I can not do anything , it is frozen ( no Alt + F2 ) ..etc.. nothing
I will try to remove the card and will come back
