Hi,

My EFW are blocking SMTP ports 25/465. I already created a outgoing rule to allow the ports but it still not working.
Please help on how to fix this issue.

Those ports are open by default so you should not have to open them.  You could try enabling the proxy but it might be dependent on if your config uses authentication and whether its transparent or not for the SSL communication.  Port 25 should work regardless however.
