So far i've managed to successfully use Fedora Core 3 as a donor for any programs i've needed on community 2.2.

e.g. I needed /usr/bin/setterm to stop a console screen from blanking so i just copied it off the FC3 box onto the Endian box and did chmod +x on it and it thats it.

It took a little bit of tracking down to get version 3 as they are now on version 11, but its worth it.... further more i installed it as a virtualbox VM so I didn't tie a physical machine up.

I guess Endian must share some heritage/commonality at some point with FC3... I confess I don't know what though! maybe someone else has better insite...

Hope someone finds this usefull.
