When it takes a while to start working out in the access.log and NONE_ABORTED TCP_MISS_ABORTED proxy messages and users can not navigate. You must restart squid to continue normally.
Does anyone know it should?
Thanks and regards

check out /etc/squid/squid.conf.tmpl
that is the path on 2.5.2 , I'm assuming it is the same in 3.0
