HELPPP !! External access from red to blue

hello, how i can access from red to blue network from outsite ?

i have the green on 192.168.20.0/24  ( card address is 192.168.20.126)

blue network is 192.168.1.0/24 ( card address is 192.168.1.88)  behind this is a pc with address 192.168.1.2  that i must access from extern over internet with the ports 21 / 20 ecc.

i have tryed much all is going ok to port forward to green network

but i can't get it work doing a port forwarding to 192.168.1.2:21 on blue network...?

is there a solution?
