FTP cannot p through the EFW 2.3

Hi, I setup efw 2.3 and run the proxy server. But when I try to access the ftp server within the LAN I got the error message as below. How can I enable the FTP in squid inside the efw?

An FTP authentication failure occurred while trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://192.168.1.6:8121/



The following error was encountered:

FTP is Disabled

Squid sent the following FTP command:
P <yourpword>
and then received this reply
Login or pword incorrect!

Solve the problem by myself.

Added  Out going traffic to TCP/50000:50999


then at IE browser type ftp://username:password@ftpserver.com will do.
