Force specific LAN device to specific uplink?

Hello,
We are trying to set up a LAN that allows us to properly utilize two DSL uplinks because our upload on each one is slow.
--
Local Subnet: 10.1.1.x/24
Uplink1: DSL w/ PPPoE configured and active
Uplink2: DSL w/ PPPoE configured and active
--
We are attempting to get a device at 10.1.1.100 to only utilize Uplink1, and a device at 10.1.1.200 to only utilize Uplink2.
All other LAN devices can pick or choose which they use - makes no difference (or is there even a way to do that?).
Any advice would be greatly welcomed and appreciated!

You can set the rule to send them over a special WAN by setting a route (Network --> Routing) with the ip as source and the uplink as gateway.
