Whitelist outgoing addresses

Hi All,

sorry if this question was asked before, I might have searched for the wrong keywords then.

I am looking for a way to have the recipient addresses from outgoing SMTP automatically whitelisted.
I am assuming that my users want answers to always come back and due to the nature of the business that I work in (Cruiseline), they are communicating with a lot of agents in far corners of the world that many times end up on blacklists.

Is there a way to accomplish this through spamassassin ?
