how to connect from WAN via firewall to LAN

hi,
We just setup Endian 2.1.2 on the RHEL5 Xen VM. The firewall is up and running with 1 RED and 1 GREEN connection.
Now all servers behind the firewall, thus on the Green LAN only have internal IP addresses (192.168.123.xx)
For example, our switch has IP 192.168.123.106, and because it has management facilities it would be nice if we can access it from home, while the switch is located in the datacenter behind the firewall.
Can anyone help to make it so that we can access the switch.
We tried port forwarding like:
TCP DEFAULT IP : 11111 192.168.123.106 : 80 GSW1
but that didn't work...
thanks, Patrick
