Having a problem getting OpenVPN to work between Endian 3.0 Community and my Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android 4.4.4

Both the phone and the server show the VPN tunnel is established, but I am unable to ping from the phone to the internal network (Green interface) or from a host on the Green network to the IP assigned to the phone.

Endian Firewall OpenVPN settings:

Authentication Type: X.509 Certificate
Certificates are set up. and downloaded to phone
Device type is: TUN
Protocol: UDP
Have tried a variety of settings under "Advanced Options"

Under the "Authentication" menu,  I have a user created, Created a certificate, downloaded PKCS12 file

I am using "OpenVPN for Android" by Arne Schwabe as my client.

Again, I have tried a plethora of options, routes, etc. to no avail.

Have also tried turning VPN firewall on and off on the EFW.  Can anybody help?
