Hi,
I'm trying this Endian procedure, but without success.

"Independently of the device you are using, the connection via L2TP/IPsec requires the following data, that should have been previously configured on the VPN/IPsec server:

The IP address or hostname of the L2TP/IPsec server (i.e., of the Endian UTM appliances where the IPsec server runs).
The PSK secret, i.e., the password of the IPsec tunnel, that can be retrieved under Menubar > VPN > IPsec, by clicking on the Edit icon next to the connection, and then looking in the Authentication box.
The username and password of the L2TP user. The username is retrievable from Menubar > VPN > VPN users, and must be allowed to use L2TP.
You should write the abovementioned data down or remember it, since you will have to enter them in the corresponding configuration sections of your device.

Connecting an Android-based deviceGo under Settings > Wireless & networks > VPN Settings > Add VPN > L2TP/IPsec in your Android-based device.

Enter your details as below:

VPN Name: the name to identify the connection, at your will.
Set VPN Server: The IP address or hostname.
Set IPsec preshared key. The PSK secret.
Enable L2TP secret: Username and password.
DNS seach domains: you can leave this blank.
Connecting an iOS-based device (iPhone, iPad, etc)To configure your Apple device follow the following steps:

Go under General > Network > VPN, then tap Settings and select L2TP.
Enter the L2TP/IPsec IP address or hostname.
Tap Account and enter your username.
If you want to store your password on the device, tap Password and enter your password.
Tap Secret and enter your PSK Secret.
Tap Save to store the configuration on the device.
"

Please let me know if works.

These settings is valid for  EFW(2.5.1).
Goto VPN Menu > Global Settings and set the subnet for VPN (this is dhcp). To assign static IP you need to specify it while creating new VPN account, so on the same menu goto Account > Add account and type IP for the VPN user under Custom push configuration, Static ip addresses field...
Note: In order to work you must specify a rule in VPN Firewall. Also you need the files (certificate & configuration file) to be copied on the client machine...

Do you need DHCP enabled on EFW to get this to work?
