HTTP Proxy on 2.3 not working

I'm a brand new Endian user. I've installed Endian on a system with three network cards (Red, Green, and Blue). My main goal is to filter content for my children. I'm using the transparent proxy. I've both created a second content filter as well as modified the default one. I've set the word score down to 50 and made sure that everything is checked. I've even added google.com to the custom blacklist and nothing seems to work. To test the filter I do a google search for a sexually explicit word and then click on a of the links that come up. Nothing gets blocked. Any ideas?

Did you turn on transparent mode? if not then your web request will go forward from the Endian Firewall (See outgoing firewall rules).
