Title: trying to upgrade but seem that updates.endian.org has problems Post by: bobonov on Wednesday 08 December 2010, 12:18:17 am I am trying to upgrade.
At first I tried to register to the page /en/community/efw-updates/ but already here after the submit the page keep run and after a timeout it say that is not possible to contact updates.endian.org/send-registration Hoping that the registration went fine i tried the upgrade anyway but I get the following (just changed the email): Fetching information for 'efw-community'... -> ........@updates.endian.org/stable/repodata/repomd.xml repomd.xml [ 0%] error: Failed acquiring release file for 'efw-community': error: ...........@updates.endian.org/stable/repodata/repomd.xml: The requested URL returned error: 401 Then I tried to use another older registration with efw-upgrade -s Please choose the appropriate channel for your environment and hit [ENTER]: ........ Loading cache... Updating cache... #################################################################################################### [100%] Fetching information for 'efw-community'... -> ......... @updates.endian.org/stable/repodata/repomd.xml repomd.xml then it hangs like this till i kill the process. Maybe I am wrong but I guess that the update site is not working...... Seems to be a problem withe the endian-server itself.
