Access denied to my web server

Hi, i have a problem since yesterday, one of my offices cant access the web server, all the members of that office are getting the accces denied message on their screen, this is the first time i have this problem.

whats happening? why endian is denying access to this office only and not to the others (i have 3 more accesing with no problems).

im using efw 2.2.

Hey, 

Is the trace route from branch PC to server completing with out drop? Check this both ways (server to client PC and client PC to server). If not check your static route table.

Also please attach the Access denied pages screen shot.
