Endian 2.3 no web access or web console access

hi all.
i have setup endian 2.3 today and enabled local authentication with two types of users unrestricted and restricted. i set-up 3 access policies. 1 is anti virus scanner on for both groups. 2 is content filter enabled for restricted group. 3 is unrestricted access for the unrestricted group.... pretty straight forward... or at least i think so....

my issue is i cant get any web access at and i cant get back onto the endians web interface....

can anyone help..

ok guys ignor this one... i think it was an issue with my laptop.. re installed endian and it was doing the same thing. so i tried to access the web console and it worked....
