Installation problem on DELL SC1420 host

Hello to everybody,
we are triyng to install Endian Firewall 2.4.1 of 11 Nov 2010 on a Dell Poweredge SC1420 running VMWare ESXi 4.0
The installation starts normally but after the step "Creating Journal (4096 blocks): done" it hangs during the process of "Writing superblocks and filesystem accounting information: "
Consider that we have another Endian Firewall 2.4.1 virtual machine on another Dell Poweredge T410 running VMWare ESXi 4.0 and it works properly.
Furthermore, if we copy the running VM of Endian Firewall from Dell Poweredge T410 to Dell Poweredge SC1420, when we power on the machine the boot process doesn't complete the sequence and hangs.
Do you know if there are some incompatibilities issues with DELL SC1420 hardware?
Many thanks
c.
