AD integration with multiple sites

Right now I have an Endian Firewall at each of my dealership locations. We are looking to setup AD integration for the proxy server, primarily for restricting and logging purposes.
All but one of our dealerships share a connection that comes from our Toyota location. These are easy, as I can just point them all to the Endian Box that is at the Toyota dealership. The one odd-ball has their own connection for internet, with a separate slower connection back to Toyota for their network shares and Dealer Management System.
Any suggestions on how to setup that one dealership that has it's own connection? Is it possible to have 2 Endian Boxes using AD authentication, so I can just use a separate unit for them?
Thanks for the help.
