Has anyone successfully configured EFW to work with Exchange HTTP access?  We are unable to connect our Outlook clients through EFW v. 2.1.2 when using RPC over HTTP.  Outlook Web Access is fine, SMTP is fine, and HTTP proxy work great too.  We forward ports 25, 80, 443, 3389, and 4125 to the main server and have the outgoing firewall deactivated for troubleshooting.  What are we doing wrong?!

Thanks!

Havent played with exchange RPC over HTTPS yet, however if i read the article below right, you need a the Exchange RPC Extention installed behind the FW, the port forward the connections to that. I would assume for security the RPCProxy would be a separate machine, not your exchange box, although i guess you could.  I think it would go something like this:

Outlook client -> EFW(443) port forward -> RPCProxy -> Exchange Server on ports (6001, 6002, 6004)

What version of exchange server, outlook client, and server OS?  I'm running exchange 2007 sp1 on server 2008 sp2 using outlook 2007 sp2.  RPC over http is now called "Outlook Anywhere".  Either way it simply worked with server 2003 and exchange 2003 through endian.  all that is needed is ports 80 and 443 to be forwarded to the exchange server.  Follow microsofts troubleshooting guides for rpc over http as there are many places it could go wrong with older versions of exchange.  Let me know the above info and I'll help you out as best I can.
