Generally, it means that your Motherboard does not have a hardware required for the way the kernel was compiled.

There is more info at:
http://bugs.endian.it/view.php?id=531

Official Resolution = not fixable

Suggestion A:
Some installation problems are the cause of the installation media (CD in this case) or the drive itself being too slow for the system.
Try burning another copy of the installation CD at a slower speed or try using another CD Drive (or both)

Suggestion B:
If you happen to install EFW on that motherboard and this error pops up but the firewall seems to work properly,
you could try disabling that module by adding the following line in the  /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist file:   blacklist intel_rng

(Or you could do this manually by entering in the command: sudo echo "blacklist intel_rng" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist)

I'm not sure how would affect the system if this module is disabled.
The official resolution is that this problem is not fixable so there may be a need for this, in this case, your only resolution would then be to use a different motherboard.
