995 door - SSL protocol on POP3S fail

Hello to everyone,
I'm new on this forum...
I've the follow trouble: I used since 3 years the efw without any kind of problem but suddenly since 1 week the POP3S doesn't work (only the pop3s).
I try to use the last efw, 2.5.1 version, to check if the system work better but without any results.
Well, my supplier for the email told me who he read on the log that the line was dropped after too many connections (or it seems at least...).
If I use an old firewall who I own, everything is ok.
Somebody are able to helmp me?
Thank you

Solved!
It was the greylist of the firewall by my supplier.
