ssh accsess from internal network to endian firewall

How to make ssh connection to endian firewall from internal network? My endian firewall has certain ip, example 123.123.123.123 in green network and i'm trying to make ssh connection to my firewall like ssh root@123.123.123.123 -p22 with no result. in firewall ssh accsess is on. Previous system(ipfire) ssh connection is made like i mention earlier, ssh root@123.123.123.123 -p22.

If i use Winscp, i can make ssh connection with these login info(ssh root@123.123.123.123 -p22) but not in terminal window...

ok, i'm answering to my self  i'm using putty to make ssh connection my endian firewall, not terminal windows like previous firewall system.
