Title: Cannot access Web GUI

I  updated a firewall rule for our IP phones and lost access to the Web GUI when I clicked 'Update' on the rule??? IP/port 10443 no longer returns anything.  The router is still functioning fine as far as I can tell, full internet access, ping the gateway fine, just no Web GUI, rebooted, etc.. no access. Is there something I can reset by connecting to the firewall directly?

from ssh (if enabled) or from console check /var/efw/dnat/config
