TCP_DENIED/407 no internet with proxy squid - SOLVED

I HAVE A BLOCKED PROBLEM :-(
i have ENDIAN 2.5-0
i can't navigate with  proxy squid

the problem is

The problem was antivirus HAVP:
1)  update  database dell 'antivirus with freshclam in ssh
then
2) /etc/init.d/havp restart
and then
3) /etc/init.d/dansguardian restart
