Error 101: Network is unreachable

Morning guys,
I have an endian, Version 322, Kernel 4.1.17.e12 with Proxy not transparent set up in my desktops and note. Since some days, all users get the error "Error 101: Network is unreachable". By NAT rules (without proxy set up) the connection work normally.
To make the connection normally, i need to restore a backup from one day early. I'd try to disable all my access policys but didn't work. Some had you this problem too before?
I cant understand what can be....
thanks for all.

Probably the proxy crash, you can login into SSH and paste the logs of the squid and c-icap services would be great, the logs are:
/var/log/squid/cache.log
/var/log/squid/access.log
/var/log/c-icap/server.log
