I'm using 3.0.9 version and I'm unable to create backup from GUI
is there a way to create backup from Command line ?

As a last resort, /var/efw has most of the configuration files.
You can connect an USB drive, mount it, and copy that folder.
Maybe copy /etc too, just in case
