EFW VM 3.3.0 weekly hang

Hi everyone,
I'm new of the forum and I hope someone could give me a help on the issue I'm encountering.
I've deployed a EFW 3.3.0 in a VMWare virtual environment, it works fine without any issue except a problem that occurs apparently on sunday: the machine hangs and the web ui stops working, the only way I have to restore the situation is to perform an hard reset by VMWare.
There should be something running on sunday that compromise the normal behaviour, I tried also to put in place a scheduled reboot of the appliance at 3.40 am without any clue (during the week it restarts fine except on sunday).
Any one have an idea on this problem? I cannot find any interesting either on the system logs or looking around the documentation.
Kind regards
