Hi, i had the same problem on this, i just play with the rule on system access ,
Firewall >> System Access
Add a new rule
source
Red
Service Any ( im not sure what to specify )
Port Any ( im not sure what to specify )
Policy Allow
Position First
Having this rule allowed me to access EFW through the Red interface on a public IP.

I wouldn't allow the ANY rule there!!
Source Red
Set the service to User-Defined
Protocol TCP
Port is 10443.
The web admin should now be accessible on
HTTPS://PUBLICIP:10443/
