Open port 3389 for IPAD RDP

Hi ,
sorry for my bad english ...
I have an endian firewall configured as VPN with certificates .. all is ok !
But with IPAD (no openVPN is supported) i must to open port with NAT forwarding .
I have opened this port :
Firwall , Port Forwarding
Protocol : TCP
Incoming IP : <Any Uplink>
Port incoming : 3389
Ip DEST : MYSERVER IP WITH RDP
Port DEST : 3389
But ... nothing .. i have already used the windows RDP whit : 192... : 3389
and ... nothing
I have disconnected the firewall from the network and in the router i have set the port forwarding and .. OK the IPAD is logged in !
The problem are the certificates and VPN ?
When the OpenVPN server is on i can't reach it from outside without a certificates ?
in the examples : the first port forwarding 4646 is for OpenVPN and with windows client function correctly
the second port 3389 is for the calling from outside .
The configuration of my network is :
router on 192.168.1.
firewall on 192.168.0.
When you access from outside the openvpn give you an address like 192.168.0.
